Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on destination and package weight. The total shipping fee will be displayed to the customer before confirming the order.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status online.

KWF is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics operator, customs procedures, or any circumstances beyond its control.
2. Return and Refund Policy.
2.1. Request Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of product delivery.
2.2. Product Conditions
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, odor-free, with all original tags, packaging, and without any signs of manipulation.
Returns are not accepted for intimate apparel or swimwear (such as lingerie or bikinis) for hygiene reasons.
2.3. Valid Reasons for Return or Refund

Once validated, KWF will provide the instructions to proceed with the return.

If the return is due to customer preference (size, style, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to a KWF error or manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
2.6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
Processing time ranges from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the financial institutions involved.
