Shipping and Refund Policies

This document is issued in compliance with applicable regulations on e-commerce, consumer protection, and other relevant legal provisions.

These policies govern the terms and conditions applicable to shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made through Kira Woman Fashion’s online store.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Kira Woman Fashion ships nationwide and internationally, using certified and duly authorized logistics operators.

    • International deliveries: 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

    • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond KWF’s control, such as logistics delays, customs processes, weather conditions, or force majeure.

1.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on destination and package weight. The total shipping fee will be displayed to the customer before confirming the order.

1.4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status online.

1.5 Disclaimer of Liability

KWF is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics operator, customs procedures, or any circumstances beyond its control.

2. Return and Refund Policy.

2.1. Request Period

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of product delivery.

2.2. Product Conditions

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, odor-free, with all original tags, packaging, and without any signs of manipulation.
Returns are not accepted for intimate apparel or swimwear (such as lingerie or bikinis) for hygiene reasons.

2.3. Valid Reasons for Return or Refund

  • Defective or damaged product.

  • Incorrect size, color, or reference sent.

  • Delivery delay exceeding 30 business days beyond the estimated timeframe.

2.4. Return Procedure.

Customers must submit their request in writing to KWF’s official customer service email or WhatsApp, including the order number and supporting evidence.
Once validated, KWF will provide the instructions to proceed with the return.

2.5. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, style, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is due to a KWF error or manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.

2.6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
Processing time ranges from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the financial institutions involved.
